This!moment for Cissie King-Jones
This is one of the reasons why Arrowette was my favourite member in YJ (despite the length of her presence on the team). She’s not a sidekick to an established superhero nor does she have any connection to the big players (and frankly the only “established” superhero she’s related to is more of a thorn in their sides than anything) but here she is facing down the Justice League, and telling it like is. They don’t take her seriously and condescend her but no Flash, you shut up, I’m talking here and I will get out everything I have to say so don’t you goddamn interrupt me. She’s the main reason the league gives Young Justice a chance.
The other great thing about this scene is this:
Right after she storms out angrily after being a total badass she has a panic attack. She’s not some ridiculous invincible or foolhardy idiot, she’s just a teenage girl standing firmly in her beliefs, even if it means going against her heroes and idols. Also really great moment of friendship between Cissie and Cassie.
